Smaltz issues statement on announcement of U.S. Navy's first nuclear MMR at NWS Crane

Ben Smaltz (R-Auburn) issued this statement following the announcement that the Department of War will install the U.S. Navy's first nuclear Micro Modular Reactor (MMR) at Naval Weapons Station Crane in Indiana. Smaltz highlighted the state's growing prominence in national defense, from investments at Crane to golden dome manufacturing in Fort Wayne and the annual Northeast Indiana Defense Summit.
