AROSurgical Unveils Next-Gen Titanium Spring Microvascular Clamps with Radiopaque Visibility

ARO Surgical Instruments Corporation

FDA-cleared disposable microsurgical clamps deliver consistent pressure and intraoperative visualization for vascular anastomosis.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA, UNITED STATES, October 10, 2025 /EINPresswire.com/ -- AROSurgical Instruments Corporation announced the release of its new disposable microvascular clamps, designed with a titanium spring for consistent pressure and a radiopaque feature for placement confirmation under fluoroscopy or X-ray.

The clamps are intended for use in vascular anastomosis procedures during reconstructive, hand, and transplant microsurgery. Their design addresses a critical need: tools that hold vessels securely without slippage and allow surgeons to confirm placement in deep or complex cases.

“Surgeons don’t have time for uncertainty,” said Fred Phelps, President of AROSurgical. “These clamps are built to perform with consistency and give surgeons confidence at the most demanding moments. For us, this is about standing with our clients, providing tools they can trust, backed by service they can count on.”

The devices are manufactured in Japan by BEAR Medic, a company with more than 30 years of microsurgical expertise. AROSurgical is the exclusive distributor for North America.

Key product features include:
• Titanium spring mechanism calibrated across a 15–120 g force range.
• Radiopaque visibility for intraoperative tracking.
• Straight and curved options to match vessel anatomy.
• Single-use sterility to ensure consistency and reduce contamination risks.

"I have been happily using Bear Clamps since 1992. I find them atraumatic, reliable, and easy to use. Their low profile is especially desirable."
